At National Wheels, we strive to ensure 100% satisfaction with our vehicle history reports. Due to the digital nature of instant vehicle record generation, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You are eligible for a full refund or re-issue under the following conditions:
- The report failed to generate or was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
- The report contains incorrect data due to a system processing error on our end.
- Change of mind after the vehicle history report has already been successfully delivered.
- Information was accurately pulled from state registries, but historical records for an older vehicle are unavailable.
